Payments / refunds / cancellations
- Pandits sent by Shubhpuja are independent professionals, and Shubhpuja takes no responsibility for money paid to them, over and above the cost of package and puja samagri, without informing Shubhpuja team
- Payments should always be made in the mode as requested/described by Shubhpuja website or helpline through online credit/debit card, cash or
cheque, otherwise Shubhpuja has no control.
- Any new services to be booked or requests should only be communicated at call center number of Shubhpuja, in order to avoid any loss of time and
money. Shubhpuja shall not be responsible for any direct bookings with the pandit/astrologer.
- Shubhpuja takes responsibility and accountability for the services rendered directly thorough Shubhpuja. Incase of large transactions, the
payment can be made online through Shubhpuja.com or through a Shubhpuja employee in the form of cash/cheque/DD. After receiving the amount Shubhpuja shall issue an invoice, after levying/deducting appropriate applicable taxes.
- Puja will be undertaken only after clearance of the cheque/DD
- We accept VISA/MASTERCARD Credit & Debit Cards besides AMEX credit cards or you can even pay through Net Banking.
Cancellation & refund
A refund will only be made only until one week prior to conducting the actual Puja. No refunds will be given in the form of cheque to the customer.
Please note that in case the allotted pandit reaches the address of customer and due to reasons from the customers side is not allowed to conduct the puja during the time of the muhurat, Shubhpuja will not be providing any refunds.
